Lenz has posted information on the new version of the queue log analyzer (XC-AST):
I'm glad to annonuce that with the latest version of Xc-Ast, it is now possible to launch the optional queue URL defined by the Queue() command even if your terminal does not support this feature. This way, URLs are configured per-queue and not launched on the basis of the dialed extension like in other packages offering the same functionality.
It also offers a real-time monitoring feature so that an agent can see the latest calls he's taken (on all of the queues s/he's registered to) and see all relevant data for the call s/he is currently handling.
As always, any suggestion or improvement is welcome
